Hari Om,

In one of the videos, I heard Ayyappaji talk about the book Irritation. I am reading it and it is, I must say one of the most invaluable books driving home the point of how anger can kill. Ourselves. So many people talk about anger and this is the last straw that after this reading, everyone has to implement.

Thank you. Have ordered Lobsang Rampa after reading about it here.

Looking forward to reading about such insightful books. Thank you
