This notice covers our website, physical-product purchases and related enquiries. Workshops and appointments are handled separately. Read the applicable notice when using a separate service or website.
Information we handle and why
We handle contact and delivery details, items ordered, invoices, payment status and references, delivery information, refund records and correspondence to process orders, provide support, keep accounts and resolve complaints. Where you create an account, the store also processes account information. Website tools may process device details, IP addresses and browsing activity to operate, protect and improve the site.
Provide only information relevant to your purchase or enquiry. Do not send passwords, card PINs, UPI PINs or OTPs to our staff. Payments are processed through the payment service available for your purchase. We use payment confirmations and transaction references for order and refund reconciliation.
Service providers and sharing
We use Shopify for the store and tools including WhatsApp, Google Sheets and Zoho for order communication, operational records and accounts. Relevant information is handled by staff and providers involved in payments, shipping, support and accounting. We limit disclosure to the purpose involved and the permissions or other lawful grounds required for that disclosure. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary for lawful dispute resolution.
Providers may process information outside India. Applicable transfer restrictions and safeguards continue to apply. The use of this website is not unrestricted consent to unrelated sharing or use of sensitive information.
Cookies and communication choices
Cookies and similar technologies support functions such as the cart, account and checkout. Other enabled tools may use them for analytics or advertising. Order, delivery and refund messages are used to fulfil your purchase. Retention and security

You may raise a complaint by ordinary email without an electronic signature. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, subject to any shorter applicable legal deadline.
