1. Return Time Frame

You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your purchase to initiate a return. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item​.
