1. Return Time Frame
You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your purchase to initiate a return. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items
4. Return Process
1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at info@51pyramids.in to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
• If the item is not approved, we will notify you via email with the reason for the rejection.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@51pyramids.in with the details of the defect or damage.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
• First, check your bank account again.
• Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

8. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
