These terms cover use of this website and purchases from us. Read them with our Return, Refund and Cancellation, Shipping and Privacy Policies. These policies do not remove rights provided by applicable law.
Orders and payment
You must be legally able to enter into a contract, or act through a parent or legal guardian who places the order. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorised to use.
Prices, discounts, taxes and delivery charges are shown before payment. International orders cannot be booked through the website. International customers pay destination-country import duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges; we explain this responsibility before payment. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will explain the reason and refund any payment due. We will not retrospectively increase an agreed price without your consent. We may decline fraudulent or unlawful orders on reasonable grounds.
Product information
We aim to describe materials, size, quantity and appearance accurately. Natural crystals and handcrafted products can differ in colour, markings and shape. Such variations must remain within the description and any disclosed tolerances; this is not an excuse for supplying a different or defective product. Any claim about authenticity, grade, metal purity or certification must be supported.
Pyramids, crystals and related products are offered for their described decorative, meditation or spiritual uses. Spiritual descriptions are not medical diagnoses or promises to cure disease. Do not replace prescribed treatment with a product or session. This statement does not excuse misleading product claims or unsafe goods.
Using the site
Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, misuse another person's account, submit fraudulent orders or infringe another person's rights. Protect your login details and notify us of suspected misuse.
Website text, photographs and branding are protected by their owners' rights. You may view the site for shopping and personal information. Other uses require permission unless permitted by law. Third-party links may have separate terms; our own responsibilities remain unchanged.
Responsibility and disputes
